3. Hindi shorthand exam passed with speed of loo W.P.M. from Board/Institution recognized by M.P. Government.

4. One year diploma course passed in Computer Application from Institution recognized by M.P. Government

2- Stenographer Grade-Ill & Stenographer Grade-Ill (Court Manager Staff)

1. Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.
